These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Momspire mobile application. By accessing or using Momspire, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptable Use

When using Momspire, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users and maintain a supportive community
• Not share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise app security

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Momspire. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the app. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Momspire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service, if any.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
