When you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. RevenueCat processes anonymous subscription information on our behalf, including:

• Whether you have an active subscription
• Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
• Subscription start and end dates
• Anonymous user identifier (generated by RevenueCat)

We do NOT receive:

• Your credit card information
• Your Apple ID or Google Account credentials
• Your billing address
• Any personal payment information

1.4 Subscription Diagnostics

RevenueCat may process limited technical information needed to provide and troubleshoot subscriptions:

• App crashes and errors (anonymous)
• Device type and OS version (anonymous)

This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

The limited anonymous information we collect is used solely to:

• Verify your subscription status to unlock premium features
• Fix bugs and improve app stability
• Improve the overall user experience

5. Your Data Rights

5.1 Access Your Data

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can access it directly within the App:

• View your mood history in the Mood Tracker
• View your meditation history in the Meditation section
• View your settings in the Settings screen

5.2 Delete Your Data

You have full control over your data:

Delete Specific Data:

• Mood entries: Swipe to delete in the Mood Tracker
• Meditation sessions: Clear in the Meditation Analytics
• Favorites: Remove from your favorites list

Delete All Data:

Simply uninstall the App. This permanently deletes all local data from your device.

5.3 Manage Subscriptions

Manage your subscription through the store where you purchased it:

1. Open Apple App Store or Google Play
2. Open your account's subscription settings
3. Select "Momspire"
4. Cancel or modify your subscription

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Intended Audience: The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

7. International Users

The App is designed for users worldwide. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Data Retention

11.1 Local Data

Your local data (moods, meditations, preferences) is retained on your device until you:

• Delete specific entries
• Uninstall the App
• Reset your device

11.2 Subscription Data

Anonymous subscription status data is retained by RevenueCat according to their retention policies. This data cannot be linked back to you personally.
