Welcome to Momspire. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Momspire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Momspire is a mobile application designed to provide motivational support, mindfulness resources, mood tracking, and meditation content for mothers. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 USD per month
• Yearly Subscription: $19.99 USD per year

Prices may vary by location and are subject to change with notice.

3.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If offered, the free trial duration will be displayed before you subscribe. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot process refunds directly.

3.6 Access to Premium Features

Upon successful subscription, you will have immediate access to all premium features including:

• Unlimited meditation sessions
• Advanced mood analytics and insights
• Premium color themes
• Custom font options
• Expanded motivational quote categories
• Priority support

4. User Accounts

The App functions without requiring an account. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all local data will be lost unless backed up.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your subscription access with others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Antler Web Studios and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTLER WEB STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

As this App is distributed via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Antler Web Studios only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
