By accessing or using Momspire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Momspire is a mobile application designed to provide motivational support, mindfulness resources, mood tracking, and meditation content for mothers. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change with notice.
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If offered, the free trial duration will be displayed before you subscribe. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased the subscription. Use Apple's refund service or Google Play's refund service. We cannot process store refunds directly.
Upon successful subscription, you will have immediate access to all premium features including:
The App functions without requiring an account. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all local data will be lost unless backed up.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Antler Web Studios and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
IMPORTANT: The content provided in the App, including meditation exercises, mood tracking features, and motivational content, is for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is NOT intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

When the App is distributed through Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
When the App is distributed through Google Play, your use of Google Play and purchases made there are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
